NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT
This Agreement is between Ovation Up, Inc. ("Ovation") and the undersigned ("Recipient"), dated as of the date signed below.
1. Confidential Information. Ovation may share its product roadmap and related product information ("Confidential Information") with Recipient for the sole purpose of evaluating Ovation's platform.
2. Recipient's Obligations. Recipient agrees to keep the Confidential Information strictly confidential, not share it with any third party, and use it only to evaluate Ovation's platform.
3. Term. This Agreement remains in effect for two (2) years from the date of signing.
4. Governing Law. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
By typing my name and signing below, I agree to the terms of this Non-Disclosure Agreement and acknowledge that my typed name and signature constitute my legal electronic signature.
